A Nut-Flex tool is basically a breaker bar with screwdriver handle and a detent in the straight position.  They provide tremendous tourque with the ability to also spin the tool quickly like a screwdriver.  The "Pro" models hold two additional sockets in the handle with our patent pending magnetic retention system.
